The study on the pathways to enhance the use of programme-specific indicators in the ESF and ESF+ – to which Applica contributed – has been published, and can be downloaded here https://ec.europa.eu/social/main.jsp?catId=738&langId=en&pubId=8466&furtherPubs=yes

The study explores ways of making better use of programme specific indicators with the aim of better servicing accountability, steering and evaluation. It also suggests possible methods for the measurement of social inclusion operations outcomes, in particular soft outcomes, and complements the information available in the Coronavirus Dashboard by analysing the use made of COVID-19 programme-specific indicators by Member States.
