While respecting the needs of the participants, every effort is made to minimise any environmental damage and maximise the social impact (e.g. by choosing venues that are accessible by public transport, working with suppliers who are also committed to sustainable practices, minimising printing and using recycled paper where possible and distributing leftover food to local social organisations).
